Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, being a consignment store we do NOT accept any form of returns or exchanges or refunds.
All sales made on our website or in our store are FINAL
To successfully place an order on our website you must agree to our terms & conditions. We are unable to exchange incorrectly ordered sizes. If you are unsure of your correct size please contact us via email or refer to these size charts:
Q: Are your items mens or womens?
A: All items listed on our website are MEN's unless otherwise stated as WOMEN's. Most of our items are made to be worn unisex.
If you have any questions regarding sizing on particular items please send us an email through the 'contact us' page.
Q: Where is your store located?
A: 440 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008, Australia.
Q: How do I get there?
The free tram zone includes routes 70, 86 and 35 (City Circle), with trams departing from The District Docklands (stop D11 – Docklands Drive) every 4 minutes. Southern Cross Station is just a walk over the Bourke Street pedestrian bridge from Harbour Esplanade.
A local bus route 220 will also drop visitors off at The District Docklands (Footscray Rd & Little Docklands Drive). Buses run every 15 minutes, 7 days a week. Visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au for timetable information.
Take the train to Southern Cross Station and walk over the Bourke Street pedestrian bridge to Harbour Esplanade. Walk or take the tram along Docklands Drive.
Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: Yes, we ship internationally!

Q: What is your consignment fee?
A: We charge a 17% consignment fee for all of our consignments.
Q: What products do you take for consignment?
A: We accept all kinds of sneakers/apparel/accessories, as long as they are in brand new condition.
Q: How do I list an item for you to consign?
A: Please come in store and we can set up a consignor account for you to get you started selling your kicks and hype items!
Q: You don't have an item listed that I want or it is sold out, how can I get it?
A: We can source many products. If there is a product that is not listed or is sold out, email us at email@example.com with the size and item description and we will locate the item for you.
We are currently not taking in any new consignors.
WHAT IS CONSIGNMENT?
A consignment is a trading agreement in which a seller (YOU) sends goods to a buyer (UNDERRATED MELBOURNE) who pays the seller (YOU) when the goods are sold via the buyers (UNDERRATED MELBOURNE) platform.
The seller (YOU) remains the owner of the goods until they are paid for in full.
Essentially, if you have any products you want to sell, we sell them for you.
Our consignment fee is 17%.
The process is fairly simple, we will list your item for you and once the item sells you will get an email notification letting you know your item has been sold. We will then send you a payment (less our consignment fee - 17%).
